Gonorrhea, uncomplicated-Oral, 1000 mg (base) as a single dose .
Lyme disease, early -Oral, 500 mg (base) two times a day for twenty days .
Pharyngitis or
Sinusitis, acute maxillary or
Tonsillitis-Oral, 250 mg (base) two times a day for ten days .
[Pneumonia]-Oral, 500 mg (base) two times a day .
Urinary tract infections, uncomplicated -Oral, 125 or 250 mg (base) two times a day for seven to ten days . |
