ADULT DOSE:

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection -
Adults and adolescents 60 kg of body weight or greater: Oral, 40 mg every twelve hours.
Adults and adolescents less than 60 kg of body weight: Oral, 30 mg every twelve hours.
Note: Patients with renal function impairment may require a reduction in dose as follows:
