ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATIONS :

Anorexia nervosa

Bulimia

>> History of hyperoxaluria or calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis

 

ADULT DOSE:

Obesity management- Oral, 120 mg three times a day, with each fat-containing meal . The dose should be taken during fat-containing meals or up to 1 hour after the meal . Note: Doses in excess of 360 mg a day have not been shown to provide additional benefit .

 

MAXIMUM ADULT DOSE:

360 mg a day .

 

PEDIATRIC DOSE:

Safety and efficacy have not been established .
