Herpes genitalis, suppression of recurrent episodes -
Oral, 1 gram (base) once a day .
Note: For patients with a history of nine or fewer recurrent episodes per year, 500 mg once a day may be given .
Herpes zoster, treatment-
Oral, 1 gram (base) three times a day for seven days . |
