ADULT DOSE:

Atrophic vaginitis or Vulvar atrophy-Intravaginal or topical, 0.3 to 1.25 mg of conjugated estrogens (one-half to two grams of cream) daily or as directed by physician based on the lowest dose needed for three weeks, with no medication used in the fourth week; the schedule being repeated each month .
