ADULT DOSE:

Antihyperlipidemic-Initial: Oral, 20 mg (base) once a day at bedtime, the dosage being adjusted at four-week intervals as needed and tolerated.
Maintenance: Oral, 20 to 40 mg (base) once a day in the evening.
Note: A 40-mg (base) daily dose may be split and taken two times a day. |
