ADULT DOSE:

Antiviral-
Oral, 400 mg of lopinavir and 100 mg of ritonavir (3 capsules) two times a day with food. The dose may be increased to 533 mg of lopinavir and 133 mg of ritonavir (4 capsules) two times a day with food when used in combination with efavirenz or nevirapine in treatment-experienced patients in whom reduced susceptibility to lopinavir is suspected. |
