ADULT DOSE:
|

Antihypertensive-Oral, 80 mg once a day, the dosage being increased gradually up to 160 mg once a day. Doses up to 640 mg per day may be needed in some patients.
Antianginal-Oral, 80 mg once a day, the dosage being increased gradually at three- to seven-day intervals as needed up to 320 mg per day.
Vascular headache prophylaxis-Oral, 80 mg once a day, the dosage being increased gradually as needed up to 240 mg once a day.
Note: Geriatric patients may have increased or decreased sensitivity to the effects of the usual adult dose. |
