ADULT DOSE:

Antidiabetic agent-Oral, 25 mg three times a day, at the start of each main meal. Dosage may be adjusted, at four- to eight-week intervals, first to 50 mg three times a day, then, if necessary and appropriate, to 100 mg three times a day.
Note: If an increase in dosage to 100 mg three times a day fails to produce a further reduction in postprandial glucose concentration, consideration should be given to lowering the dose. |
