ADULT DOSE:

Transplant rejection (prophylaxis) or Transplant rejection (treatment)-Initial: Oral, 12 to 15 mg per kg of body weight a day beginning four to twelve hours before surgery and continuing for one to two weeks postoperatively, then reduced, usually by 5% a week, to the maintenance dose . Maintenance: Oral, 5 to 10 mg per kg of body weight a day .

 

MAXIMUM ADULT DOSE:

 

PEDIATRIC DOSE:
