ADULT DOSE:

Topical, to the skin, one to four times a day.

 

MAXIMUM ADULT DOSE:

 

PEDIATRIC DOSE:

Children up to 2 years of age-Dosage has not been established. Children 2 years of age or older-Topical, to the skin, as a 0.25% to 0.5% cream one to four times a day; or as a 1% cream one or two times a day.
