ADULT DOSE:

Antihypertensive-Oral, initially 5 mg once a day, the dosage being increased to 10 mg once a day if hypertension is not adequately controlled.
Note: An initial dose of 2.5 mg once a day may be appropriate for some patients, especially patients with bronchospastic disease. |
