ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATIONS :

 

RELATIVE CONTRAINDICATIONS :

 

ADULT DOSE:

Antibacterial, nasal- Intranasal, approximately one half of the ointment from a single-use tube applied into each nostril two times a day (morning and evening) for five days.

 

MAXIMUM ADULT DOSE:

Five days of twice-daily treatment .

 

PEDIATRIC DOSE:

Antibacterial, nasal- Children up to 12 years of age: Safety has not been established . Children 12 years of age and older: See Usual adult and adolescent dose . 

 

MAXIMUM PEDIATRIC DOSE:

 

ELDERLY DOSE:
